Role :General Manager - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Experience: 15+ Years Location: Bangalore Job Summary: The General Manager - RCM is responsible for leading end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations, ensuring achievement of business goals, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance. The role involves managing large teams, driving process improvements, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee RCM operations across multiple accounts. • Drive productivity, quality, revenue, and SLA performance. • Manage client relationships and handle escalations. • Lead, mentor, and develop large operational teams. • Drive process improvement, automation, and compliance initiatives. • Support business growth, transitions, and strategic projects. • Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets. Requirements: • 15+ years of Healthcare RCM experience. • Strong expertise in AR, Denials, Hospital Billing, and Revenue Cycle processes. • Proven experience in client and stakeholder management. • Strong leadership, operational, and people management skills. • Experience managing large teams (200+ FTEs preferred) Interested candidates may share their profiles with: Balaji.Ramakrishnan2@omegahms.com
