The role involves developing innovative molecules and processes for semiconductor applications, optimizing reactions from laboratory to commercial scale, ensuring ultra-trace metal impurity control at PPB levels, and supporting successful technology transfer to manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on laboratory skills, scale-up experience, a thorough understanding of semiconductor chemical requirements, and the ability to lead technical development programs from concept to commercialization. Key Responsibilities: 1.
