Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques. • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and updates to prevent downtime or data loss. • Provide technical support to users through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits. Job Requirements : • 5+ years of IT Experience in GMP environment in Pharma companies • Strong knowledge of installation procedures for desktops/laptops/servers. • Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware/software problems using logical reasoning skills.
