Can you work across teams to assess the effectiveness of our control environment and help drive potential improvement? Are you able to navigate conflicting data sets to arrive at a clear view on what needs to be done? Are you comfortable driving standards for policy compliance and process effectiveness? We are looking for someone to join our Group Treasury Operating Office in Pune who will: • maintain & enhance our control environment, ensuring that our Key Procedural Controls and their underlying indicators (KPCis) are effectively designed, maintained, assessed & reported; • manage our Non-Financial Risk Events (NFRE) and Non-Financial Risk Issue (NFRI) processes, ensuring that all NFR events or issues are consistently identified, raised, managed, remediated and closed across our organisation; • drive policy compliance for core topics like Front Office Supervision, Information Security, End User Computing & BDAs or Model & Data Governance. The team Group Treasury is responsible for the efficient management of the firm’s financial resources. Our mandate encompasses the management, control and optimization of capital, liquidity, funding and inter-group engagements across the bank and its legal entities. You will be working in the Group Treasury COO team and collaborating with our partner functions & peer Business Risk Management teams, helping to ensure our Front-to-Back Control Environment continues to work effectively on a global basis. Your skills and experience • Working knowledge of Fixed Income front office products & processes, accounting principles and/or business management activities. • Experience with a comparable operational infrastructure and/or control framework. • Experience in Business Risk Management managing operational oversight and design of operational landscapes with particular emphasis on Front-to-back processes, Operations and Control functions. • An interest in Treasury topics such as Capital, Liquidity & Funding or ALM Risk Management approaches and associated use of Money Market issuance products, Repo, Bonds and cleared/OTC derivatives. • Quick learner, critical thinker and result driven self-starter with high sense of ownership. • Strong organizational and project management skills allowing you to manage a diverse book of work and ability to assess priorities.
