Job Title: Group Leader Operations & Quality Specialty: HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Location: Chennai Experience: 6+ Years Shift: Day Shift Work Mode: Work From Office Interview Mode: Virtual Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Leader to lead HCC Coding Operations and Quality functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive HCC domain knowledge, and a proven track record of managing teams while driving operational excellence, quality compliance, and productivity targets. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of HCC coders and quality analysts. • Monitor daily operations, productivity, and quality metrics. • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions. • Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, client requirements, and organizational standards. • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management review. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and client expectations. • Support training and development initiatives for team members. Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 6+ years of experience in HCC Coding, Operations, or Quality. • Current designation should be Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent. • Proven experience in team handling and people management. • Strong understanding of HCC coding methodologies, risk adjustment principles, and quality processes. • Any relevant certification is mandatory. • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
