Hiring HCC Coder/QA - Certified Hcc Coder Non Certified - 0.9 month above Hcc Coder Certified - 1.5+ Year above HCC QA -2 Year Above Location- Chennai/Coimbatore Notice period Acceptable Contact HR - praveen 9655581000 only Whatsapp Message Role & responsibilities : • Review medical records to identify a patient's diagnosis and treatment • Assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes to patients • Map diagnoses to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) • Ensure that codes are assigned correctly and consistently • Audit records and documentation for accuracy • Provide feedback to physicians and other providers about coding guidelines • Help educate physicians, providers, and clinic staff about clinical documentation compliance.
