Curefoods · Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
**About the Role** Curefoods is scaling its footprint aggressively across cloud kitchens, dine-in/QSR formats, and multi-brand food courts. The Head – Real Estate & Partnerships will own the real estate charter end-to-end from an expansion standpoint — building a strong developer and landlord ecosystem, driving high-quality site acquisition at speed and at the right economics, and forging strategic co-location and channel partnerships that unlock new formats and markets. This is a high-ownership, build-from-the-ground-up role for someone who thinks like an operator and negotiates like a dealmaker. **Key Responsibilities** • Build and manage key real estate partnerships with developers, mall owners, high-street landlords, and airport channels. • Own site selection, lease structuring, and long-term location strategy in collaboration with specialty and anchor F&B/entertainment chains to co-locate and ride established footfall corridors. • Drive real estate strategy across cloud kitchens, dine-in, and food-court formats, aligned to city-tier and unit-economics priorities. • Lead lease negotiations — rentals, CAM, revenue-share, and lock-in — to optimize occupancy cost and protect margins. • Own the site-acquisition funnel, closing sites against expansion targets, market by market. • Partner with legal, finance, and projects teams for smooth lease execution and handover-to-launch. • Build and lead a regional real estate team as the network scales. • Track market intelligence on rentals, developments, and emerging micro-markets. **What We're Looking For** • 10–15+ years in real estate, expansion, or site acquisition within QSR, F&B, retail, or hospitality. • Track record of scaling a multi-city or pan-India site network. • Strong existing relationships with developers, mall operators, landlords, and airport channels. • Sharp commercial and negotiation skills, with ownership of lease economics and unit-level P&L. • Ability to build and lead teams with high autonomy.
