Designation - Executive / Sr Executive Dept - Talent Acquisition Exp Req- Minimum 6 Months Exp into Recruitment ( BPO Background) Note -Excellent English Communication skills are Required Candidate should Reside within Hexaware Travelling Boundary . Description: 1. Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing. 2. Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines. 3. Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media. 4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing. 5. Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. 6. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports. 7. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. 8. Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience. Skills required: • End to end recruitment, • Stakeholder Management, • Vendor Management, • Scheduling Interviews • salary negotiations, • extending offer letters.
