Role & responsibilities • Conduct technical appraisal and valuation of properties offered as collateral. • Perform site visits to verify property condition, construction quality, and occupancy. • Review approved plans, property documents, and technical compliance. • Validate market value and loan eligibility based on property assessment. • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and external valuers for smooth loan processing. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. • Support technical audits, revaluations, and fraud risk assessments. Preferred Profile: B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) with experience in Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking sector handling Home Loans/LAP technical evaluations.
