The role involves handling denied claims, insurance follow-ups, payment resolutions, and maximizing revenue recovery for healthcare providers. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum **1.5 years of experience** in: - AR Calling - Denial Management - Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing - Insurance Follow-up - Web Portal Navigation - Denied Claims Handling - Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - **Immediate joiners are preferred.** - Must possess all employment and educational documents - Competitive salary package - Excellent career growth opportunities - One-way cab facility available within a 25km radius Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience working on Physician Billing and Hospital Billing accounts. - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance payers. - Strong understanding of claim adjudication, denials, and appeals. - Ability to work independently and achieve productivity targets. - Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
