Job Description Omega Healthcare Hiring Team Lead (AR Credit Balance) | Chennai Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day AR Credit Balance operations. • Ensure accurate identification, validation, and resolution of credit balances within TAT. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the AR team. • Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence. • Analyze credit balance trends and drive process improvements. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA, and process standards. Required Skills: • 7years - 9years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong AR Credit Balance experience. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead. • Strong knowledge of Credit Balance, Refunds, Adjustments, EOB/ERA, and payer guidelines. • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills. • Experience in handling escalations and process improvements is preferred.
