**Job Description** **Omega Healthcare Hiring Team Lead (AR Credit Balance) | Chennai** **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage day-to-day AR Credit Balance operations. - Ensure accurate identification, validation, and resolution of credit balances within TAT. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the AR team. - Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence. - Analyze credit balance trends and drive process improvements. - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA, and process standards. **Required Skills:** - 7years - 9years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong AR Credit Balance experience. - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead. - Strong knowledge of Credit Balance, Refunds, Adjustments, EOB/ERA, and payer guidelines. - Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills. - Experience in handling escalations and process improvements is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** **- Good analytical and reporting skills.** **- Strong quality and audit knowledge.** **- Location: Chennai** **- Night Shift** **- Immediate joiners / 15 days' notice preferred** **Interested candidates can share their updated resume to:** **Suriyakala.Rajasekar@omegahms.com**
