Job Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary Omega Healthcare is hiring experienced Evaluation & Management (E/M) Medical Coding Team Leads to lead high-performing coding teams and ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with client and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of E/M Medical Coders to achieve quality and productivity targets. • Ensure accurate coding as per ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E/M coding guidelines. • Conduct audits, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous quality improvement. • Handle client escalations, process updates, and team performance management. • Support new hire onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Ensure adherence to coding compliance, turnaround time (TAT), and SLAs. Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) Medical Coding. • Prior experience as a Team Lead(On Paper Designated) • Strong knowledge of E/M coding guidelines, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Willing to work Work From Office (WFO) Chennai.
