**Hiring for ISR(Integrated Services Readiness) Services Manager - Depot and Overhaul** - Leading the extended ISR project team to deliver contractual obligations across the department project portfolio - Consolidating and presenting ISR activity reporting data for Regions Business Reviews - Defining and implementing staffing strategies for ISR in collaboration with domain leads - Developing the competency of the ISR team in line with Alstoms requirements and processes - Managing workload forecasts and ensuring proper staffing of domain teams - Validating ISR design and work package reviews for projects - Promoting and implementing standard ISR practices compliant with international standards and Alstom procedures - Consolidating and capitalizing on REX data to improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) for future projects - Ensuring effective coordination with central functions, sourcing teams, and other engineering or functional teams - Managing the induction training program and driving continuous improvement for the ISR management domain - Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management roles within projects, including responsibility for people and QCD - Proven experience managing large and/or complex engineering teams - Strong background in overseeing engineering work packages and managing project stakeholders - Experience in rolling stock maintenance, signalling or infrastructure maintenance, or operations within a maintenance contract - Expertise in new build project stakeholder management - Proficiency in customer interfacing and supplier management - Knowledge of standards and regulations for railways - Technical knowledge in product maintainability, LCC (Life Cycle Cost), LSA, serviceability improvements, configuration management, and PHM (Prognostics and Health Management) - Leadership skills, including managing diversity, team management, and managerial courage
