Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and focused individual to join our team as an AR caller. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally. • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time. • Adhere to company guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards. • Continuously improve knowledge and communication skills. • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
