**Hiring Global Taxation Specialist** - **Location:** Chennai (Hybrid / On-site) - **Experience:** 3 to 6 years (Post-Qualification) - **Salary:** 18,00,000 25,00,000 P.A. - **Industry:** IT Services / GCC / Financial Services - **Qualifications:** Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory **About the Role** We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy **Chartered Accountant** to manage our end-to-end global tax functions. In this role, you will handle Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and Transfer Pricing across multiple regions including India, the US, UK, South Africa, Canada, and Singapore. If you have a **Big 4 background** and a knack for using technology to automate finance workflows. **Key Responsibilities** - **Direct Tax & Compliance:** Review and manage corporate income tax, TDS, and advance tax filings for global regions working alongside local consultants. - **Transfer Pricing:** Assist with global transfer pricing setups, benchmarking, and ensuring alignment with BEPS and OECD guidelines. - **Indirect Tax:** Oversee global GST, VAT, and Sales Tax filings across international jurisdictions. - **Tax Provisioning:** Calculate quarterly/annual global tax provisions and deferred taxes under IndAS, US GAAP, or IFRS. - **Audit & Tech:** Act as the main point of contact for tax audits and proactively implement tax technology tools to automate manual processes. **What We Are Looking For (Eligibility)** - **Education:** **Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)**. - **Experience:** 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate taxation. - **Big 4 Pedigree:** Prior experience working with Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC is highly preferred. - **Skills:** Strong grasp of international tax treaties, multi-country indirect tax, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams. **Perks & Benefits** - Competitive fixed pay with performance incentives. - Comprehensive health insurance and standard corporate benefits. - Flexible hybrid work environment.
