HIRING: HOME HEALTH CODING TRAINER We are looking for experienced Home Health Coding professionals who are passionate about teaching and interested in taking up a Trainer role. Position: Home Health Coding Trainer Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Home Health Coding • Strong knowledge of Home Health coding guidelines, documentation, and coding practices • Good understanding of ICD-10-CM coding and Home Health-specific coding requirements • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain complex coding concepts in a simple and practical manner • Candidates currently working as Home Health Coders and willing to transition into a training role are encouraged to apply • Previous training/teaching experience is an advantage, but experienced coders with a strong interest in training are also welcome Role Responsibilities: • Conduct training sessions for Home Health coding professionals • Explain coding concepts, guidelines, and real-time case scenarios • Help trainees improve coding accuracy and documentation understanding • Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and feedback • Keep trainees updated on relevant coding guidelines and industry practices .
