Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Payments & Investigation Analyst who has strong knowledge in international payments and Investigations, fund transfers, Return of Funds, Recall, Compensation and SWIFT messaging standards. Qualification: Any graduate Experience: 2-8 Years Location: Chennai one sez it park - Thoraipakkam Industry: BFSI Requirements • Should have experience in Payment and Investigation. • Good Understanding on Mt103,202,199, 202Cov, SWIFT, BIC, BACS, CHAP & CHIPS. • Good Knowledge on Payment and Fund Transfer. Key Responsibilities • Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages. • Responsible for handling Investigations on PEGA Platform. • Pass payments adjustments entries on client accounts, internal accounts & Nostro accounts. • Investigating and identify root cause for an enquiry. • Review Nostro accounts & ensure all outstanding debits & credits are cleared as per timelines. • Follow up with external banks for details, confirmation and recall of funds. • Should be flexible to work in any shifts. • Preferred Immediate Joiners Interested- Drop your resume at Abiramis2@hexaware.com
