**Omega Healthcare Hiring Process Coach (Payment Posting) Chennai (Night Shift)** **Roles & Responsibilities** - **- Act as a Process Coach for the Payment Posting process.** - **- Train, coach, and mentor associates on AR and Payment Posting concepts, process guidelines, and client requirements.** - **- Provide floor support and resolve process-related queries and escalations.** - **- Monitor team productivity and quality against defined targets.** - **- Identify performance gaps and conduct refresher training sessions.** - **- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, SOPs, and Internal & External SLAs.** - **- Track and maintain productivity and quality reports.** - **- Work closely with Team Leads and Operations to improve team performance.** - **- Follow company policies and maintain process discipline.** **Preferred Candidate Profile** - **- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Payment Posting experience in US Healthcare RCM.** - **- Strong knowledge of AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, EOB/ERA processing, Denial Management, and RCM concepts.** - **- Experience in training, coaching, floor support, and query handling.** - **- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.** - **- Strong reporting and mentoring skills.** - **- Immediate joiners preferred.** - **- Willing to work in Night Shift (Chennai Location).** **Kindly share your resume to:** **suriyakala.rajasekar@omegahms.com**
