Job description

Extensive experience in hydro-mechanical erection works, including review of approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications, along with coordination with civil, fabrication, and engineering teams to ensure site readiness prior to erection activities. Skilled in supervising the handling, lifting, positioning, alignment, and assembly of hydro-mechanical components such as gates, penstocks, hoists, trash racks, and embedded parts. Proficient in checking alignment, levels, fit-up, tolerances, and interface requirements to ensure compliance with design specifications. Experienced in overseeing site welding, inspections, NDT activities, trial assemblies, and functional testing while maintaining comprehensive documentation and QA/QC records. Strong focus on safety, quality assurance, and timely execution to achieve project milestones and contractual requirements.
