Job description

Extensive experience in hydro-mechanical erection works involving review and interpretation of approved drawings, technical specifications, and erection methodologies for hydropower and infrastructure projects. Skilled in coordinating with civil, fabrication, QA/QC, and engineering teams to ensure site readiness and smooth execution of erection activities. Proficient in supervising the handling, lifting, positioning, alignment, and assembly of hydro-mechanical components such as gates, penstocks, hoists, trash racks, and embedded parts. Experienced in monitoring fit-up, dimensional tolerances, site welding, inspections, and NDT activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. Adept at conducting trial assemblies, functional checks, maintaining erection documentation, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of works in line with project schedules and quality objectives.
