Role: HR Partner (Talent Acquisition + HRBP blended role) Location: Gurugram Experience: Seasoned HR Partner with min. 10 years of core Talent Acquisition & HR Partnering experience Job description: The HR Partner will provide HR guidance to align HR practices with business goals, analyze metrics, resolve employee relation issues, and works with the Management to improve work relationships and productivity. The business partner will also be responsible to foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring high retention rates of our workforce. This includes inculcating training programs, developing healthy employee relations, and maximizing employee productivity. The HR Partner will also be required to ensure a diversified workforce and regulatory compliance. Primary responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned) Ensure diversity in the workforce by hiring, engaging with, and retaining top talent Analyze trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and policies Identify trends and needs for training programs Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for key business functions, partnering with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, ensure timely closures, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. Drive workforce planning and talent pipelining initiatives by leveraging market intelligence, building strong talent networks, and ensuring availability of quality talent to support current and future business needs. Resolve employee issues and grievances and conduct unbiased investigations Suggest new HR strategies, policies, and agenda for continuous improvement Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning Build a strong business relationship with the line management, and work as a member of the department leadership team to understand business specific needs and drive people agenda. Study competition and monitor trends for strategic hiring practices and policies Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals Lead core HR processes for the department Facilitate and contribute to change programs. Drive HR transformation initiatives by implementing change programs Work closely with C&B Team to design, Reward Schemes and Recognition Processes, Identify the best practices and accordingly administer compensation and benefit plans. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
