Focused on technology, intelligent automation, and sustainable mobility, Shadowfax is building the logistics backbone that shapes customer experience and drives growth in modern commerce. **Role Description** The Hub Incharge is responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the Shadowfax hub in Madurai South. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring distribution schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatches. The Hub Incharge will coordinate with delivery partners, warehouse staff, and transport teams to maintain smooth operations and adherence to service-level agreements. The role includes tracking performance metrics, managing inventory and space utilization, resolving operational issues, and implementing standard operating procedures. The Hub Incharge will also handle basic reporting, maintain safety and compliance standards, and support continuous process improvements within the hub. **Qualifications** - Strong operations and logistics management skills, including hub/warehouse supervision and process coordination. - Experience with inventory handling, dispatch management, and basic supply chain practices. - Ability to analyze performance data, create simple reports, and use MS Excel or similar tools. - People management skills, including team supervision, shift planning, and conflict resolution. - Clear communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards in logistics or warehousing environments. - Prior experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, or related operational roles is preferred. - Minimum qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Ability to work flexible hours as per operational needs and be present on-site at the Madurai South hub.
