Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Digital Experience Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain IBM FileNet solutions aligned to business and technical requirements. • Configure and extend FileNet components such as Content Engine, Process Engine/Workflow, and Content Navigator interfaces. • Build and optimize workflows, document lifecycle management, security models, and metadata/classification structures. • Implement integrations and services to connect FileNet with upstream/downstream enterprise applications. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver performance and stability improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, develop, test, and deploy enhancements in iterative releases. • Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices for FileNet development and support. • Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven approaches to improve content discovery, classification, and process automation. Technical and Professional Requirements: • Minimum Qualifications: BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 23 years of relevant experience in IBM FileNet development. • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet platform capabilities and enterprise content management concepts. • Experience designing and implementing workflows, security, document classes, properties, and foldering strategies. • Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across FileNet components and deployed solutions. • Solid communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
