What You Gain • Training in high-demand technologies • Curated learning paths aligned to your experience and career aspirations • Hands-on learning through projects, assessments, and expert mentoring • Enhanced readiness for future career opportunities Role & responsibilities • Manage and support enterprise Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and Data Center network environments. • Troubleshoot network incidents, outages, and performance issues to ensure service availability. • Perform configuration changes, network maintenance, and optimization activities. • Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with operational standards. • Conduct network monitoring, packet analysis, and root cause analysis activities. • Collaborate with OEM vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and service improvements. • Ensure SLA compliance and contribute to operational excellence initiatives. • Support network documentation, governance, and knowledge-sharing activities.
