Position Title: PF Instrument (Mines Cr LS T) Location: Rawan Cement Works (Township Location) - IU JB: 11 Designation: Engineer/Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager Qualification B.Tech/B.E Instrumentation/ ECE Experience In Years 5-15 Required Skills Highly skilled having Pyro section experience, Gad Analysers, AC/DC Drives drives, Job Description Of Position Incumbent • To maximise plant availability, improving productivity and minimizing maintenance cost for Kiln, Coal mill & wagon tippler section • Doing calibration of weigh feeders, Rotascle, Coriolis as required and maintaining records for same. • Regularly checking of gas Analysers , stack monitors and maintaining the recors. • Checking of hydraulic system like IKN cooler, FLS CB cooler and Piffer, mill hydraluics & Wagon tippler hydraulics • Regular upkeep of all conveyor safety devices and Bag filters • Preparation for cost estimation, finalizing technical specifications and planning for execution for new/Capex jobs • Maintaining Pi system & Data historian for the plant. • Safety standards implementation, safety enhancement at workplace, ISO/WCM system implementation • Develop Self and subordinates development, People management
