Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Job description

• Test and approve/reject incoming raw materials. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality. • Conduct admixture and raw material trials. • Perform concrete mix design trials. • Ensure usage of approved mix designs only. • Monitor moisture correction during production. • Check fresh concrete quality and sampling as per standards. • Ensure proper cube casting and testing. • Maintain calibration of testing equipment. • Conduct site visits and provide technical support. • Resolve site quality issues and monitor cube results. • Implement corrective and preventive actions. • Maintain quality records and documentation. • Prepare quality MIS and consumption reports. • Assist in stock verification and inventory checks.
