Role: Insurance Advisor (Tamil & English) C*onsultative sales role | Inbound only | Work from anywhere* You'll advise inbound customers in Tamil and/or English, understanding their needs, recommending the right plan, and guiding them to purchase. No cold calls, no sales targets but when the fit is right, closing is part of the job. What You'll Do • Handle inbound consultations via calls or WhatsApp (no cold calling) • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health/term insurance plans • Explain policy trade-offs clearly and help customers buy with confidence • Manage end-to-end customer interactions using CRM tools Team • Team Falcon Call-first | 10 AM - 8 PM Who We're Looking For • Fluent in Tamil and English (mandatory) • Strong communication and customer empathy • Detail-oriented (errors in insurance can affect claims) • No prior insurance experience required; we train you from scratch What You Get • Remote/flexible work • Health & term insurance cover • Wellness + menstrual leaves • Learning support + team offsites Interview Process: HR call MAT Assessment Task 2 Managerial round (completed within 2 weeks) Note: A short video resume is mandatory to complete your application.
