At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ &#13; Deploying and leading the CI service offering and owning the CI program for the customer, aiming achievement of cost and cash savings in KNIL customer’s supply chain. Leading business case development, providing status updates on CI program to Business Manager / customer, ensuring achievement of savings targets. Following approach to savings idea generation, validation and implementation based on KNIL experience and tailoring it to the specifics of the customer, as well as enrichment of the approach based on own best practices. How you create impact &#13; Problem Solving • Identifies supply chain inefficiencies, builds improvement business cases, and drives optimization initiatives to achieve cost savings Savings target setting • Maps value streams, performs loss analysis, and defines cost and cash-saving opportunities. Aligns savings targets, timelines, and resources with customers and Business Manager Savings pipeline development • Leads data-driven improvement by validating baselines, generating ideas with cross-functional teams, and building a multi-year portfolio of high-impact initiatives Savings status tracking • Aligns on savings calculation and reporting, maintains trackers and dashboards, and drives regular reviews to convert ideas into executable projects Savings delivery • Oversees end-to-end execution, manages risks, and tracks actual savings to ensure benefits realization What we would like you to bring &#13; • Proven track record in change management and/or project management (min. 5 years) • Proven experience in all transportation modes • Proven experience in supply chain cost budgeting / optimization / value stream mapping • Proven experience in business case creation • Proven experience of cross regional or global collaboration in multinational environment • Preferred candidate to have Forwarding / Logistics background What's in it for you &#13; <span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif
