Role: Operations Lead (Ops + Client Handling) Own end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality and timelines.Act as the primary client contact, ensuring regular updates and a smooth experience. Drive stakeholder alignment and issue resolution to ensure successful project completion. What You’ll Own • Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish. • Engage with clients and provide regular project updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities). • Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation. • Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs). • Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience. • Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team. • Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards. Skills & Experience. • B.Tech in Civil / Architecture,B.Tech + MBA(Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred). • Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate). • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.
