Role Summary: • Cross-Functional Leadership: manage cross-functional teams effectively, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, while working closely with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to drive project/regional objectives and business outcomes for project and region • Execution & Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong time management, problem-solving, and adaptability to navigate project challenges, manage priorities, and ensure timely and quality delivery in a dynamic business environment. • The incumbent will be responsible for asset management, managing - milestones, customer management & NPS, and quality of the projects. • Possess a strong understanding of the overall Real Estate value chain, from Land Acquisition through Project Delivery, with the ability to effectively manage interdependencies across functions. (good to have) Roles & Responsibilities P&L Ownership • Financial Planning & Analysis Lead hands-on financial modelling, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft tools to support regional/project decision-making. • Regional/Project AOP & Business Planning – Own the AOP process and translate the regional business plan into clear financial and operational priorities. • Regional/cluster Asset Management – Drive initiatives to preserve and enhance project and regional profitability, returns, and asset value • Regional/Project Operations & Execution – Oversee performance across the region/cluster and ensure disciplined execution of project and regional business plans. Risk Management • Collaborate with HODs and key stakeholders to identify, assess, and document potential business and project risks across various scenarios at project/regional level. • Proactively identify and flag risks impacting project returns during both the Pre-Construction and Under-Construction phases, ensuring timely escalation of critical issues. • Develop and recommend practical risk mitigation strategies by evaluating the impact, root causes, and available options to minimize financial, operational, and project-related risks. • Provide proactive recommendations and actionable options to management on critical risks, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring projects remain aligned with expected returns and objectives. People • Help strengthen accountability and execution by regularly reviewing deliverables, providing actionable feedback, and conducting performance reviews that enable continuous improvement and higher productivity. • Help in building a high-performance culture by effectively managing people-related processes, addressing performance gaps, and supporting the development of team capabilities. • Help foster engagement, collaboration, and team cohesion through meaningful team-building and engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, enhance collaboration, and improve overall team effectiveness. Process Adherence & Improvement • Drives and implements process improvement initiatives within the assigned work area, ensuring that improvements deliver measurable value, streamline workflows, and contribute to better quality and business outcomes. • Maintains strong compliance and execution discipline by consistently following company-defined guidelines and processes while ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed project timelines. • Proactively identifies gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and procedures, and recommends practical improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, minimize errors, and improve overall operational efficiency. Who We Are Looking for: Qualification: • Post-Graduation from Premier B-School with Finance • Chartered Financial Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst • BE Civil/ Barch. Work-Ex • 3-10 years of relevant work experience in planning/ asset management/strategy • Strong experience in financial planning & analysis, hands-on financial modelling, AOP/business planning Critical Skills: Functional • Business & Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L and cash flow drivers, with proven capability in financial modelling and annual business planning. • Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to work effectively across functions, influence stakeholders, and drive business outcomes in complex, ambiguous environments. • Project & Team Management: Strong project management skills, including PCP exposure, with demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and managing high-performing teams. • Customer, Sales & Marketing Orientation: understanding of customer experience, along with exposure to Sales & Marketing systems, processes, and execution (good to have) Technical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: working knowledge of MS is essential. Should be comfortable preparing documents, maintaining and analyzing data in Excel and creating presentations • Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver clear, structured, and engaging presentations.
