Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 39506 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: Ivanti Developer-Subcon Description: Skills: Ivanti Developer Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the Ivanti platform. • Configure and enhance ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset Management, and CMDB. • Develop and customize workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports. • Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies. • Develop automation scripts and optimize existing workflows to improve operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. • Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and documentation practices. • Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Ivanti platform. • Strong knowledge of Ivanti ITSM/Neurons architecture and customization capabilities. • Experience with workflows, forms, business objects, automation, and reporting. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and system integrations. • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. • Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Ivanti certifications are preferred.
