The Support Engineer – Mobile Developer plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing enterprise mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The role involves investigating application defects, analyzing crashes and performance issues, implementing code fixes, supporting mobile releases, and delivering minor enhancements. The engineer collaborates with application support, backend, API, database, and business teams to ensure seamless mobile application operations while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and user experience.
