**Experience:** 8 to 11 Years **Job Description** - **8 to 11** Years of hands-on Experience in **Core Java & Kafka** - Expert-level proficiency in **Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud** - Deep understanding of **Apache Kafka** internals (brokers, producers, consumers, partitions, replication) - Good experience in **UI frontend** technologies like **Angular** or **React.Js**. - Strong experience with **Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect,** and **ksqlDB**. - Proficiency with **Confluent** Platform or equivalent **Kafka** distributions - Event sourcing, **CQRS**, and **event-driven architecture** patterns - Message serialization formats **(Avro, Protobuf, JSON Schema)** - **Schema Registry** and schema evolution strategies - Strong understanding of **CAP theorem,** eventual consistency, and distributed transactions **Infrastructure & DevOps:** - Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) - CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform) - Cloud platforms (AWS MSK/Kinesis, Azure Event Hubs, GCP Pub/Sub) - Distributed tracing and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger) **Data & Integration:** - Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) - Build tools (Maven, Gradle) - Experience with API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) **Security & Compliance:** - Knowledge of security patterns (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS) - Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
