Experience: 8 to 11 Years Job Description • 8 to 11 Years of hands-on Experience in Core Java & Kafka • Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud • Deep understanding of Apache Kafka internals (brokers, producers, consumers, partitions, replication) • Good experience in UI frontend technologies like Angular or React.Js. • Strong experience with Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and ksqlDB. • Proficiency with Confluent Platform or equivalent Kafka distributions • Event sourcing, CQRS, and event-driven architecture patterns • Message serialization formats (Avro, Protobuf, JSON Schema) • Schema Registry and schema evolution strategies • Strong understanding of CAP theorem, eventual consistency, and distributed transactions Infrastructure & DevOps: • Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform) • Cloud platforms (AWS MSK/Kinesis, Azure Event Hubs, GCP Pub/Sub) • Distributed tracing and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger) Data & Integration: • Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) • Build tools (Maven, Gradle) • Experience with API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) Security & Compliance: • Knowledge of security patterns (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS) • Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
