The role involves technical leadership, solution design, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and frontend technologies. Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of microservices-based solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor team members and provide technical guidance. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services. Drive application performance, scalability, and security improvements. Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and production issue resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimations, and technical planning. Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** Must-Have Skills: - Strong experience in Java 8/11/17 and core Java concepts (Collections, Multithreading, Streams, Exception Handling). - Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful API development. - Proficiency in Microservices Architecture and API integration. - Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. - Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA ORM frameworks. - Experience with version control tools like Git. - Knowledge of build and dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience in unit testing and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
