Work Location: Bangalore Only Experience: 6 to 10 Years Must-Have Skills • Apache Kafka, Java, Spring Boot • JSON/YAML, Git, Maven, GitHub • CI/CD Pipelines • SQL, Linux, Bash Scripting • L3 Production/Application Support Experience • Monitoring & Alerting Tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.) • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills • Basic Angular/Java Development Knowledge • Database Troubleshooting and Analysis Nice-to-Have Skills • SAML, SASL/OAuth • ServiceNow, JIRA • PowerShell Scripting • Azure Cloud • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within global financial institutions Key Responsibilities • Provide L3 support for Kafka-based enterprise applications and platforms. • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions. • Monitor application and platform health and drive proactive issue resolution. • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability and reliability. • Support CI/CD activities, deployments, and operational excellence initiatives.
