Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer with 9-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Technologies, and System Design. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot. • Build and maintain Microservices-based applications. • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration services. • Participate in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions. • Drive architecture decisions and technical solutions. • Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Required Skills • Strong experience in Java 8/11/17/21. • Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA. • Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture. • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, and Service Discovery. • Experience with Hibernate/JPA. • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ or similar messaging systems. • Strong SQL and database design skills. • Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. • Knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented principles. • Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency. • Experience working in Agile methodologies. Cloud & DevOps • AWS or Azure Cloud experience. • Docker and Kubernetes. • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. • CI/CD implementation. • Infrastructure as Code knowledge is preferred. Nice to Have • Spring Cloud. • gRPC and Protocol Buffers. • OAuth2, JWT, SSO, MFA. • Redis, Elasticsearch. • OpenShift. • GenAI/AI Integration experience. • React.js or Angular exposure. Leadership Expectations (12+ Years) • Lead application architecture and design initiatives. • Own technical decisions and solution reviews. • Mentor engineering teams. • Engage with stakeholders and business teams. • Drive engineering best practices and delivery excellence.
