Java Support **Location:** PCS CHE, Chennai **Years of Experience:** 5+ years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer with over 5 years of experience to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our production applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues while maintaining SLA compliance. **Responsibilities** - Monitor production applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. - Manage and resolve incidents in a timely manner, adhering to SLA requirements. - Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions. - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve production problems. - Document incidents, resolutions, and processes to improve knowledge sharing. - Participate in on-call support rotation as required. - Continuously improve monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify issues. - 5+ years of experience in production support or related roles. - Strong knowledge of incident management and root cause analysis. - Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. - Proficiency in AI services and their application in production environments. **Preferred Skills** - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in ITIL or cloud technologies are a plus.
