Roles and Responsibilities • Manage floor operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. • Oversee jewelry showroom management, including inventory control and visual merchandising. • Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service excellence. • Ensure effective communication among staff, customers, and headquarters to drive business growth. • Monitor store performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and shrinkage. Desired Candidate Profile • 2-4 years of experience in retail or related field (jewelry industry preferred). • Strong understanding of floor management principles and practices. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
