Job Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Junior Manager - Digital Forensics & Data Analytics. This unique role combines your passion for digital Forensic and data-driven insights. You will play a key role in conducting Forensic investigations and analyzing data, identifying threats, and developing solutions to mitigate risk and optimize performance. **ORGANISATION CHART** This position will report to Manager - Forensics, E&I Key Accountabilities Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence from various sources (e.g., computers, mobile devices, cloud storage) using industry-standard tools and techniques and prepare detailed report ensuring technical accuracy. Continuous Develop and implement data analysis dashboards and reports to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to potential brand misuse. Continuous Adhere to SOPs, framework and guideline documents based on ISO 17025 and ISO 27001 framework Continuous Monitor online channels for potential brand infringements, counterfeiting, and unauthorized activities. Continuous Research, develop, and implement Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions for digital forensics. Continuous Review alerts generated from Data Loss Prevention tool and identified incidents of loss Continuous Conduct Open-Source Intelligence gathering on requirement basis Continuous KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details **EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS** • Interact with external consultants in case of incident response **INTERNAL INTERACTIONS** Coordination with IT Security & Corporate Communication team in case of incident response **FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS** To adhere to the GMR Values & Beliefs – Financial Frugality Other Dimensions • Skillful expertise on data analytics and brand protection • Skillful expertise for obtaining maximum possible relevant information from the incident analysis. • Act as Junior Technical Manager for the Forensic lab based on the Forensic Manual. • Be on look out for upskilling areas of Cyber Expertise. Education Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in digital forensics or a related field (e.g., incident response, security analysis). • Strong understanding of digital forensics principles and methodologies. • Proficiency in at least one digital forensics tool (e.g., EnCase, FTK, Autopsy). • Exposure to programming languages relevant to ML/AI • Strong attention to detail and meticulous work ethic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
