Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect / Functional Consultant Location: PAN India | Bangalore | New Delhi Experience: 8+ Years Job Description We are hiring ServiceNow Architects and Functional Consultants with strong ITOM expertise. Responsibilities • Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions. • Define ITOM solution architecture and implementation strategy. • Lead CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives. • Design integration architecture across ServiceNow and enterprise systems. • Create functional specifications and solution designs. • Work with business and technical stakeholders on transformation programs. • Drive governance, UAT and deployment activities.
