**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of housing loans and LAP. - Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research to expand the client base. - Process loan applications from start to finish, including verifying documents, conducting credit checks, and disbursing funds. - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns in a professional manner. **Job Requirements :** - 1-8 years of experience in home finance or related field (housing finance, housing loan). - Strong understanding of HL (Housing Loan), LAP (Loan Against Property), - Excellent sales skills with ability to meet targets set by the organization.
