Job description

A Koerber WMS Support Analyst (often HighJump/Infios) provides functional and technical support for warehouse management systems, troubleshooting issues, configuring workflows, and managing SQL database queries. They bridge IT and logistics teams, ensuring operational uptime, managing system interfaces, and improving processes like receiving, packing, and shipping.Key Responsibilities System Support Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for Körber WMS (formerly HighJump/Infios) application issues, analyzing, and resolving bugs, and providing workarounds. Technical Configuration: Configure and enhance WMS modules, including Warehouse Advantage/Advantage Architect, web-wise editor, and API development. Database Management: Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers within Oracle or MS SQL Server.
