L1 Application / Production Support

Job description

Key Responsibilities • Monitor production applications and system alerts. • Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow. • Perform initial troubleshooting and impact analysis. • Monitor batch jobs using Control-M / AutoSys. • Perform SQL queries for data validation. • Follow Incident Management, SLA, and escalation procedures. • Coordinate with L2/L3, Development, Database, and Infrastructure teams. • Maintain incident documentation and knowledge articles. • Provide support in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. Candidate Profile • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Good verbal and written communication. • Ability to work in a high-volume production support environment. • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts. • Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates preferred.
