We are hiring for L2 Support Engineer Role: L2 Support Engineer Skills: L2 Support, Python, React Experience: 2+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide **L2-level technical support** for applications built using **React (frontend)** and **Python (backend)** . - Investigate and resolve complex issues reported by L1 support, including application crashes, performance bottlenecks, API failures, and UI rendering errors. - Analyze logs, stack traces, and monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) to identify root causes. - Collaborate with L3 engineers and developers to escalate and resolve深层次 issues; provide detailed documentation for repeatable fixes. - Participate in incident response and on-call rotations for critical production systems.
