We are hiring for L2 Support Engineer Role: L2 Support Engineer Skills: L2 Support, Python, React Experience: 2+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2-level technical support for applications built using React (frontend) and Python (backend) . • Investigate and resolve complex issues reported by L1 support, including application crashes, performance bottlenecks, API failures, and UI rendering errors. • Analyze logs, stack traces, and monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) to identify root causes. • Collaborate with L3 engineers and developers to escalate and resolve深层次 issues; provide detailed documentation for repeatable fixes. • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations for critical production systems.
