Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency): • Ability to configure and implement local and wide area network Routing and Switching technologies • Switching: Cisco Catalyst Switches, Nexus, VLAN, STP, VLAN Trunking • Understanding of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Access points • IP routing and switching • Perform analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of complex network problems, which may include coordination, installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: • Network L3 Support engineer should handle complex issue and resolve as per defined SLA. • Lead Major Incidents and provide Root cause analysis • Work on problem tickets and provide preventive action • Identify design issue and guide for best practices • Mentor L1/l2 team and help them to grow • Should be comfortable for 24\\*7 environment in rotational shift
