Job description

The incumbent will establish and nurture relationships with third-party advisors and influencers, leading efforts to create, develop, and qualify the outsourcing deal pipeline. Emphasizes business development with key sourcing advisors and their firms to foster long-term relationship growth while maximizing short to mid-term sales opportunities. Collaborate with Service Line Leaders, Client Partners and Strategic Solutioning and Transformation (SST) team by providing effective advisory support throughout the pursuit lifecycle. Additionally, periodically assists in developing strategies and assessments, managing pursuits, creating project plans, selecting vendors, financial modeling, negotiating contracts, and overseeing governance activities specifically related to application development and maintenance services. Also involved in post-selection implementation, management, and administrative tasks. - Develop stronger and deeper relationships with TPAs. - Educating the advisor community on capabilities and differentiation of Tech Mahindra. - Sharing insights to improve the pursuit process. - Facilitate deal invitations and conversion of opportunities into wins. - Gather market intelligence of sourcing transactions and position the company favorably for them. - Conduct virtual and in-person advisor briefings in partnership with Tech Mahindra leaders. - Plan and execute Advisor Day and other events across different locations. - Familiarize the pursuit team on sourcing processes of different firms. - Partner with SST and/or pursuit team to help shape bid response for advisor led deals. - Proactively introduce advisors to clients and prospects to identify opportunities. - Manage advisor relations budget and create business case to purchase advisor products and services.
