We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyzer Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru and drive the successful execution of critical projects while leading a talented engineering team. 📍 Position Details Role: Lead Analyzer Engineer Location: Bengaluru, India Employment Type: Full-Time 🎯 Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 engineers ✅ Deliver projects with high quality and on-time execution ✅ Analyze technical requirements and develop effective project solutions ✅ Engage with customers to present technical solutions and resolve engineering challenges ✅ Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness and technical excellence ✅ Ensure compliance with ISO, quality, and technical standards throughout project execution 🔧 Required Technical Expertise ✔ ISA, IEC, ASME, CE and related industry standards ✔ Hazardous Area Classifications, ATEX & IP Ratings ✔ Technical document and vendor drawing reviews ✔ Control system architecture & equipment obsolescence management ✔ Alarm management software and surveillance systems ✔ DCS, ESD, SIS, SSD, PLC, and Fire & Gas Detection Systems ✔ FAT/SAT execution and verification ✔ HAZOP reviews, loop drawings, and instrumentation documentation ✔ Compressor Control Systems, Vibration Monitoring Systems, Gas & Liquid Analyzers ✔ SIL Assessment & Verification using ExSILentia, Exida, SIL Solver ✔ SAP PM/MM Modules 🎓 Qualifications ✅ B.E / B.Tech / BS in Instrumentation & Control Engineering ✅ 8-12 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or LNG industries ⭐ Preferred Skills • SAP PM/MM • Tableau, GE Meridium • ExSILentia (Exida) • Functional Safety & Control Systems Certifications • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams 🌟 Why Join Us?
