Development team. This hands-on role will focus on technical contributions, requiring expertise in Power BI, Python, Advanced Excel, SQL alongside support for Reporting and Analytics applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge along with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving. Essential Technical Duties and Responsibilities • Leverage over 3+ years of domain expertise to drive end-to-end analytical processes and support BI development. • Develop and maintain Transition Tool Kits, documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant artifacts. • Utilize major data-driven technologies and analytical methodologies, including storytelling, descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis. • Design and develop advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to meet business requirements. • Ensure successful project delivery of BI & Visualization solutions for multiple clients. • Employ advanced DAX functions to create impactful visualizations in Power BI Desktop. • Automate reporting processes, enhance data analysis, and build comprehensive dashboards. • Demonstrate proficiency in cloud computing, particularly with Microsoft Azure, to architect effective analytics solutions. • Communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms for business leaders and data users. • Connect to various data sources, import data, and transform it to drive business intelligence outcomes. • Understand business requirements to develop appropriate data models, optimizing resource usage.
