Loc: 1 st Pref Pune & Gurgaon/ open to other USI location too Certification: Mandatory Certification in JLPT N2 / N3 above for all the roles Shift Timings: Rotational Work Mode: Hybrid. Min needs to attend office for 2 days. Must Have • Bilingual fluency ? Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English • 3-6 (C)/ 6-9 (SC) years BA experience with full SDLC documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS) across Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • Insurance industry domain knowledge - Along with Policy Admin Management/ Claims Management expertise • Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirement/documentation platforms (Confluence, Visio, Tableau) Good to Have • GenAI tools exposure for user story writing and requirements generation • Experience managing continuous scope changes using structured prioritisation techniques • Stakeholder liaison experience bridging business and technical teams in complex hybrid environments • Data visualisation or process modelling skills (Tableau, Visio) for delivery transparency dashboards Business Analysis
