Data Engineer with CDP Experience Job Title: Data Engineer Years of Experience: 6-8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with extensive experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), specifically with Blueconic. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data quality and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data assets. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance practices. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support data integration and analytics. • Implement and enforce data quality standards and best practices across all data processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Monitor data quality metrics and perform root cause analysis to resolve data issues. • Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and efficiency. • Document data processes, data flows, and data models for future reference and compliance. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data engineering and CDPs. Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms, particularly Blueconic. • Strong expertise in data quality management and data governance. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions. • Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies. Preferred Skills: • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java. • Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data engineering. • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 6-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
