Data Engineer with CDP Experience **Job Title:** Data Engineer **Years of Experience:** 6-8 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with extensive experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), specifically with Blueconic. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data quality and will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data assets. This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance practices. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support data integration and analytics. - Implement and enforce data quality standards and best practices across all data processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor data quality metrics and perform root cause analysis to resolve data issues. - Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and efficiency. - Document data processes, data flows, and data models for future reference and compliance. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data engineering and CDPs. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms, particularly Blueconic. - Strong expertise in data quality management and data governance. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions. - Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java. - Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data engineering. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
